• Fleet & Vehicle Data: Vehicle registration numbers, driver details, trip logs, and maintenance records you input into the platform.
• Financial Data: Invoice records, payment history, fuel expense data, and salary information managed within CabBuzz. We do not store raw payment card details.
• Device & Usage Data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser, app version, session timestamps, and feature interaction logs collected automatically.
• Location Data: If you grant permission, approximate location may be used to contextualise region-specific features (e.g., local tax rates).
• Support Communications: Messages, attachments, and details you share when contacting our support team.

Your information is used solely to deliver and improve CabBuzz services. Specifically, we use it to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the CabBuzz platform and its features.
• Authenticate users and secure your account.
• Generate reports, analytics, and business insights for your agency.
• Send important transactional notifications (e.g., trip updates, payment reminders).
• Respond to customer support requests and resolve disputes.
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations applicable under Indian law.

CabBuzz's web platform uses cookies and similar local storage mechanisms to:

• Remember your interface preferences (e.g., theme, language).
• Collect aggregate analytics to understand feature usage patterns.

You can control cookie behaviour through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect the functionality of the dashboard.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specifically:

• Account data is retained for the lifetime of your active subscription plus 90 days after termination.
• Financial records (invoices, salary logs) may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with Indian tax and accounting regulations.
• Support communications are retained for 2 years.
• Anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

CabBuzz is a business-to-business platform intended exclusively for adults operating commercial transportation businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

CabBuzz integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase: Authentication, cloud database (Firestore), and cloud functions — Firebase Privacy.
• Google Maps: Location-based features where applicable.
• Razorpay / Payment Gateways: Payment processing for subscriptions (PCI DSS compliant).
• OneSignal / FCM: Push notification delivery.
