Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using CabBuzz, you agree to these Terms. If you are using CabBuzz on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" includes both you and that entity.

CabBuzz is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) ERP and CRM platform designed for Indian taxi agencies and cab fleet operators. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Fleet and vehicle management tools (vehicle registration, maintenance tracking).
• Driver management, salary processing, and performance tracking.
• Trip management, booking logs, and customer records (CRM).
• Financial management including invoicing, expense tracking, and fuel logs.
• Business analytics, reports, and dashboard insights.
• Push notifications, in-app alerts, and communication tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

To use CabBuzz, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a legal entity or individual operating a lawful cab or fleet business in India.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
• Maintain the security of your login credentials and not share them with unauthorised parties.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@cabbuzz.in if you suspect any unauthorised access or security breach.

CabBuzz operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis as per the plan selected.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). By making a payment, you also agree to their terms.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

You agree to use CabBuzz only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must NOT:

• Use CabBuzz to store, transmit, or process any data that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its servers, or connected systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from CabBuzz's software.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or extract data from the platform.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise access to CabBuzz without express written permission.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content that could disrupt or damage the platform.
• Impersonate another person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund.

All content, features, and functionality of CabBuzz — including but not limited to software code, UI/UX designs, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, icons, and documentation — are the exclusive property of CabBuzz and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise exploit the platform beyond your internal business use.

You retain full ownership of all data, records, and content you enter into CabBuzz ("User Content"). By using the platform, you grant CabBuzz a limited licence to host, process, and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide the service.

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your User Content.
• You must ensure that any personal data of third parties (e.g., driver information) you enter is collected and processed in compliance with applicable Indian data protection laws.
• Upon account termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After that window, we may delete your data in accordance with our retention policy.

CabBuzz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from bugs or viruses.
• Any data or information obtained through the platform will be accurate or reliable.
• Results from using the platform will meet your specific business requirements.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• By You: Cancel your subscription from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• By CabBuzz: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment, without notice or refund.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your licence to use the platform ceases immediately. We will provide 30 days for data export before deletion.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including sections on IP, disclaimers, limitations, and governing law) will survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of CabBuzz shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
• For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via in-app notification or email before the new terms take effect.
• Continued use of CabBuzz after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue use and cancel your subscription before the effective date.
